Well, it only took me 28 years, but we finally participated in The Randy Smith Memorial Golf Classic last Friday at the Stone Mountain Golf Club in the Atlanta area. How did we miss all those opportunities to support such a terrific organization? The trade show and event industry has, in memory of Randy Smith, raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to aid those in our industry and their families who experience catastrophic illness or loss.

The Randy 2022

We heard a number of very moving stories of those who either lost a loved one or suffered from a disease or accident requiring financial support. Genesis Exhibits joined an extensive list of sponsors (https://rsmgc.org/atlanta/sponsors) who pooled resources to help those in need. It was a privilege to join vendors and competitors alike in giving back in some small way. Recipients included families who lost a husband, industry colleagues battling Cancer, and children undergoing intensive medical treatments.

Count Genesis Exhibits in for the 29th Randy event next year and for years to come! Hope to see you there.
